He also made known of the fact that a psychologist in a team as that of the Ghana Black Stars is vital to the progression of the team.
"When you put a new team together and they play at home, there are times they will panic if they are not able to get an early goal. The team psychologist has to play a role in this but the team has no psychologist, he added”.
The Ghana Black Stars had Joseph Mintah as the team psychologist during Avram Grant’s stint with the team but was not included in the technical team in the new setup led by Coach James Kwesi Appiah.
