Sulley Ibrahim shot the Black Starlets into the lead in the 24 minute, before Rashid Alhassan who replaced David Cudjoe the top scorer of the tournament doubled his side’s lead in the 64 minute.
Germany scored the consolation goal in the 75 minute to bring the final score line to 2-1 in favour of Ghana.
Ghana had earlier thrashed the host nation Namibia 8-0 in their opener.
Black Starlets swept all the the awards for the tournament: Prince Asempa was named  the best goalkeeper of the tournament with Emmanuel Toku picking the Best Player of the tournament whereas Daivid Cudjoe emerged the goal king award after scoring 5 goals.
