Ghana midfielder starts pre-season with Torino

Ghana midfielder Afriyie Acquah has joined his club side Torino in training for pre-season.

The 24-year-old and his teammates have been working with new coach inisa Mihajlovic who was appointed in May to replace Giampiero Ventura.

Acquah took part in Monday’s gym session and low runs at their Turin base.

The box-to-box midfielder joined Torino last summer from Hoffenheim in a £2.3m deal, making 29 Serie A appearances and scored two goals.
