Ghanaian youngster John Dodoo continued his goal scoring form in the English League Cup on Tuesday night when Leicester City played West Ham United in the English League Cup.
John Dodoo who announced his presence in top flight English football last month with a hat-trick on his debut for Leciester City in the Capital One Cup was on target again for his side in the win against West Ham United.
Dodoo opened the scoring in the game against West Ham United after just six minutes of play but Mauro Zarate equalized for the away side before the break.
The two clubs struggled to find the winning goal in regular minutes sending the game to extra time.
Andy King scored for Leicester City with four minutes to the end of the 120-minute game to give Dodoo’s side a 2-1 victory, qualifying them to the next round of the competition.
Black Stars player Jeffrey Schlupp also made a substitute in the English League Cup game for Leicester City.
