Swansea playmaker dedicates win to 'sick' coach Guidolin

 
 
The Swansea manager  followed his side's vital 2-1 win from hospital, unable to attend after suffering a chest infection.

Andre Ayew has dedicated Swanseas victory over Arsenal to coach Francesco Guidolin.

Assistant coach Alan Curtis, who guided the Swans to victory at the Emirates on Wednesday night, revealed Guidolin was quickly on the phone after the final whistle to pass on his congratulations.

And Ayew, who starred for the Welsh club in their comeback win over Arsenal to move six points clear of the relegation zone, posted a tweet saying: "Great win!3 points!This win is for our coach get well soon  Now time to prepare for saturday.thanks to all the fans!"

Ayew lasted 88 minutes as the Swans picked valuable points at the Emirates stadium.

Swansea's boss Guidolin is expected to be back at the helm for Saturday's home Premier League clash with Norwich, as the Welsh side seek to edge away from the relegation zone.
