Dick, a known sex offender, was arrested on Wednesday after police received several reports from concerned passers by that a naked man was out in public.

A man named Michael Dick is accused of masturbating in public after police found him stark naked wandering around in broad daylight.

The 53-year-old is a registered sex offender and matches the description of a suspect hunted by police for carrying out 12 indecent exposure offences since November 2014.
After arresting Dick, police in Gresham, Oregon, searched his home, finding evidence linking him to the previous offences.
Dick was charged with three counts of public indecency.
It is thought that he may have carried out previous offences while wearing a wig.

His most serious offence took place in 2008, when he entered an elderly woman's home naked and attempted to assault her.
