Biggar eyes final flourish against All Blacks

Wales are not going to Dunedin to make up the numbers in the final Test with New Zealand, says Dan Biggar.

Dan Biggar is adamant Wales have no intention of handing New Zealand a 3-0 series victory in Dunedin this weekend.

Warren Gatland's side have performed admirably in the first two Tests with the world champions, but the All Blacks have consistently found another gear to win both matches.

They triumphed 39-21 at Eden Park before following up with a 36-22 victory in Wellington last weekend.

That leaves Wales staring at a potential whitewash at the Forsyth Barr Stadium on Saturday, something Biggar is keen to avoid.

Wales will be without Gethin Jenkins, Bradley Davies and Josh Turnbull for the clash, but Biggar is confident the remainder of the squad will not wilt under the pressure.

"From our point of view, it's not about going down to Dunedin to finish off our season, then get on a plane on Sunday, serenade the All Blacks and say how good they've been," he told WRUTV.

"It's about getting in amongst them again and pushing them as much as we can.

"We certainly not going to make up the numbers by any means."
