Billy Vunipola: England ready to complete Grand Slam

Billy Vunipola says England are ready to finish off the job by beating France on Saturday to seal a first Grand Slam for 13 years.

Scotland's victory over Les Bleus on Sunday ensured England ended a five-year wait to be crowned Six Nations champions a day after Eddie Jones' men beat Wales at Twickenham to make it four wins out of four.

But Jones stressed the importance of completing the Grand Slam in Paris this weekend and barnstorming number eight Vunipola echoed the head coach's sentiments.

"The big message for us this week is to finish it off but we're approaching it as we would any other game and the boys are ready to go," said Vunipola, one of the stand-out performers in the tournament.

"We've still got one more game to go, I think after the game we might realise we've done something special but for now we're just concentrating on our job and moving forward.

"It's about improving again from last weekend and always trying to get better."

Vunipola was named as vice-captain by Jones and the Saracens man has let his actions speak louder than words during the Six Nations.

"I think for me it's important that what I do say I back it up, so I tend not to try and talk too much." he said.

"I don't really talk to those that are older than me and tell them what to do, I try and show people and I think Maro [Itoje] is a great example of that at the weekend.

"He did a lot of his talking through his actions and I guess people just followed him."
