The attackers, said to be displeased about broadcast for unity, stormed Justice FM and damaged the main console, microphones, computers and other valuables.

On the show was the group, Dagbon Malimi Zungo (DAMAZ), a group advocating for an end to the Dagbon Chieftaincy dispute.

Management of the radio station has reported the incident to the Police in the Northern Region.

Yunus Yiripha, host of the station’s morning show has confirmed the assault.
