PNC to hold congress despite injunction threat
The national congress of the Peoples National Congress will go ahead despite the refusal of an Accra High court to hear an injunction case brought against the party.
According to the national executives of the party, they have been given the green light to go ahead by their lawyers and will heed their advice.

The High court presided over by Justice Sophia Roseeta Banco Esah failed to hear the case because the case which was originally expected to be heard on December 18, 2015 has not been brought to her.
Some aggrieved members of the party lead by its national treasurer David Apesera have gone to court over what they say is the refusal of the party’s Congress Committee to disqualify one of the aspirants, Bernard Mornah.
