Fenerbahce to face CSKA in Euroleague final

Six-time Turkish champions Fenerbahce had only ever made it to the Final Four on two occasions but that all changed on Friday.

After a strong start in Berlin, Fener were forced to dig deep against Laboral, overturning a seven-point deficit late in the fourth quarter to force overtime.

Kostas Sloukas tied the scores with a minute remaining in regulation and Fener never looked back, Bogdan Bogdanovic posting nine of his 18 points in OT to earn a championship showdown with CSKA Moscow on Sunday.

Ioannis Bourousis had 22 points for Laboral, who will meet Lokomotiv in Sunday's third-place game.

CSKA had a more comfortable path to the final, leading from start to finish as they accounted for Lokomotiv Kuban 88-81.

Inspired by Euroleague MVP and top scorer Nando De Colo, CSKA reached the final in the German capital for the first time since 2012.

Former Toronto Raptors and San Antonio Spurs guard De Colo recorded 30 points.

Malcolm Delaney's 26 points led Lokomotiv, who could not close within more than six points until the final minute in Berlin.
