Majeed Waris scores for Lorient in win against Caen

Black Stars forward Abdul Majeed Waris scored the second of two for his side FC Lorient in the French Ligue 1 on Wednesday.

FC Lorient played at home to Caen, convincingly winning the game by two goals without reply.

Benjamin Moukandjo opened the scoring in the game for FC Lorient in the 13 minute with Abdul Majeed Waris adding to make it 2-0 before the first half break.

The score line from the first half did not change as both clubs failed to produce a goal in the second half.

Majeed Waris was given a starting role in the game and went on to play the full game for FC Lorient.
