We earlier reported that Manny Pacquiuo has been undefined, now his last opponent inside ring, Floyd Mayweather is also facing a lawsuit.

Mayweather's ex-girlfriend, Josie Harris who is the mother of three of his four children on Tuesday, May 5 filed a $13M domestic violence lawsuit against him.

Mayweather had claimed that Josie was on drugs during the alleged domestic violence incidence that happened in September 2010.

Harris last month in an interview with Yahoo, however claimed that Mayweather had lied.

Mayweather was arrested after the incidence and plead guilty a reduced charge of misdemeanor battery and two counts of harassment.

He was sentenced to three months in jail, though he only served on two.

In the lawsuit, Harris is claiming defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligent infliction of emotional distress.

The lawsuit claims that after the early-morning incident Harris went to the hospital, suffering cuts and deep bruises, and was treated for head, facial and bodily injuries.
