However, his side Medeama issued a press statement accusing Hearts of Oak of wrongfully signing their player and even threatened to report the matter to FIFA.
Albert Yahaya Commey, the CEO of Aduana Stars has also threatened to arrest Malik Akowuah if he doesn’t return a cheque he collected from them.
“Malik Akowuah was in some difficulty so we gave him a cheque as a guaranty to return to put pen to paper.
“The money wasn’t just transportation, so we are advising him to return the money or else we will arrest him,”
