Frank Sarfo Gyamfi, after Asante Kotoko were held to a goalless draw on Wednesday was presented with a cheque of GHC1000 in recognition of his contribution to the team.
The award was instituted last season and players like Ahmed Adams, Amos Frimpong, Dauda Mohammed, Obed Owusu and Eric Donkor have won the award in previous months.
Asante Kotoko will make a trip to Sekondi to face Hasaacas on Sunday 21st August on match day 26 of the Ghana Premier League.
