What You'll Need:

  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pound asparagus, ends trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil parmesan cheese, shaved, for garnish
  • Sea salt
  • Fresh ground pepper
