Human-sized mysterious creature spotted in a cave

A Chinese giant human like creature was recently spotted lurking in a cave outside of Chongqing.

The 1.4-meter-long giant salamander, weighing 52 kilograms, has since been seized for protection and further study.

According to experts the salamander, listed as a Class II Protected Species due to critical endangerment, may be over two centuries old.

The Chinese giant salamander is the largest amphibian in the world and generally lives around 50 years in captivity and 30 years in the wild, so this little guy is a bit of an overachiever.
