Houd Alhassan, an eyewitness told Pulse.com.gh that residents of the area have since set the farm ablaze in protest over the man’s action.

He said police were at the scene to restore calm.

The poultry farmer, popularly known as Nana, has often meted out unfair treatment to his workers, he alleged.

Residents are, however, unable to tell what led the farmer to burn his worker to death.

Police have since launched investigations into the incident.
