Manchester City thump Aston Villa at the Etihad Stadium

The Ghanaian and returned from suspension to play in the defeat against Everton in midweek.

Jordan was handed another start on Saturday when his team travelled to the Etihad Stadium to play Manchester City and once again, things didn’t turn out well for Remi Garde’s men.

Aston Villa were convincingly beaten in the game with Manchester City having the luxury of missing a penalty in the game.

Yaya Toure scored the first goal of the game in the second half after Jordan Ayew and hs teammates had defended well in the first half to go into the interval with a goalless draw.

Sergio Aguero scored two in ten minutes to take the game to 3-0 before former Liverpool player Raheem Sterling found the back of the net to make it 4-0 in Manchester City’s favour.

Sergio Aguero missed an opportunity to grab a hat-trick by missing from the penalty spot with the final scoreline being 4-0.

Jordan Ayew was replaced by Scott Sinclair after 80 minutes of play in the game against Manchester City.
