Las Palmas midfielder suffers injury blow

Las Palmas midfielder Mubarak Wakaso is set to be on the sidelines after he collided with a Getafe player on Tuesday.

The Ghana international had to be replaced by Nabil El Zhar in the 15th minute following a collision.The nature of the injury is yet to be determined by the medical staff of Las Palmas.Ghanaian fans will be hoping the injury is not too severe since the 25-year-old will be needed for the Black Stars 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Mozambique this month.Wakaso has so far made 17 league appearances for UD Las Palmas this season.
