Tedesco sustained the injury during Thursday's NRL victory over South Sydney Rabbitohs and did not return after the half-time interval.

"After consulting with a specialist today, it is expected that Tedesco will spend between four and six weeks on the sideline with the fracture of his left shoulder blade," read a brief Tigers statement.

The injury also rules Tedesco out of the City v Country fixture on Sunday.
