Kotoko unveil 9 newly registered players

Asante Kotoko on Thursday afternoon unveiled the nine (9) new players they have registered for the upcoming season at the club Secretariat in Kumasi.

The new players outdoored were national U-17 goalie, Danlad Ibrahim, former Ashgold players, Awudu Nafiu and Yakubu Mohammed; Techiman City's sensational midfielder, Baba Mahama; Medeama's striker Abass Mohammed and attacker, Kwame Boahene.

The rest are former Aduana Stars' dependable midfielder, Seth Opare and former Hearts of Lions' players Isaac Quansah and Prince Acquah; and Hearts of Oak player, Ollenu Ashitey.

The season kicks off on 12th February, 2017 in all the eight league centres, with Asante Kotoko taking on Liberty Professionals at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium, Kumasi.

Meanwhile, two new technical team members,  Zdravko Logarusic, the head coach of club and the Team Manager, Shilla Alhassan were also unveiled.
