Woman dies shortly after buttock enlargement

Kelly Mayhew, 34, has died shortly after undergoing a buttock enlargement from an unlicensed doctor. Kelly, from Suitland, Maryland was in the company of her mother.

Reports have it that the doctor gave Kelly silicone injections after which she started struggling with her breathing halfway through the procedure.

Kelly's mother told the Police that when the doctor saw the critical condition of her daughter, she fled in a gray SUV without calling 911.

Mayhew's mother, narrated that she performed CPR on her daughter until the Emergency personnel arrived to take over but Kelly died on the way to the hospital.

The cause of her death is yet to be determined by a medical examiner and the investigation is continuing.
