The world is a much different place that it was about ten years ago.

These days, white collar jobs are out, and people are creative with their job descriptions.

Today's guest, Uzo Orimalade, is one of such people as she is  the Creative Director of Cupcake Couture,  a boutique bakery that specializes in creating baked treats.

In this segment, Uzo educates us on who a "foodpreneur" is, she also narrates how she quit her paying job to become a 'foodpreneur."
