The Black Maidens who were eyeing their third world cup appearance in the opening minutes of the game made their quality felt.
The West African side broke the virginity of the game in the 3 minute courtesy Mukarama Abdulla and Rafiatu Alhassa made it two in the 15th minute.
Rafiatu Alhassan registered her brace on the day in the 21 minute to make it three as Ghana went to the break with a 3-0 lead.
In the second half, the home side had little to do in the game as Maidens’ captain Sandra Owusu Ansah put icing on the cake with Ghana’s fourth goal.
The second leg will come off on the weekend of 25-27 March.
The winner of the two legged clash will qualify for the 2016 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup in Jordan this September.
