However, according to the Mirror.co.uk, police and prosecutors have recovered a bombshell surveillance video that was deleted by one of the suspects, Braxton Becker.

The news portal said the video captured booze-filled games involving the students rapidly downing wine, beer and vodka in the fraternity house's basement.

District attorney, Stacy Parks Miller said Mr. Piazza was given at least 18 drinks over a period of 1 hour and 22 minutes, according to the mirror.

Stacy Parks Miller said at a news conference that "He never once obtained those drinks for himself, brothers came up and gave them to him."

It brings to a total of 17 fraternity members who are now facing various charges, including involuntary manslaughter, aggravated assault, hazing and furnishing alcoholic beverages to a minor under the age of 21.
