Ebony to perform at Accra Fashion Week slated for October 5

The 2017 Accra Fashion Week will come off on the 5th of October 2017 at the Providence Event Centre.

Fashion designers and models from across the world will converge in Ghana at the Providence Event Centre, opposite the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel, to mark the 2017 Accra Fashion Week.

The event which will come off on October 5, 2017, will comprise of a swimwear delux fashion show, a parade from fashion schools, as well as the Fg Futcha fashion show.

There will also be a Face of Accra Fashion Week (AFWk) 2017 organised for top models to slug it out on the night.

The main show will see designers from Ghana, Senegal, South Africa, UK, Netherlands and USA showcase their works to the audience in a bid to boost the sector in the country.

Some of the designers billed to represent include Mo Designs (Cameroon), Selz Designs (Sierra Leone), Nadys Collection (Ghana), Ngwane Designs (Ireland), Salam B (Cote D’Ivoire), Fafa Creation (South Africa), Mimine AG (UK), Zizi Africa (Kenya), among others.

The event will be headlined by a live performance from the ‘90s bad girl’ Ebony Reigns, with the dancehall diva set to thrill audience with her numerous hit tracks.

The 2017 Accra Fashion Week will run from Thursday, October 5, to Sunday October 8, 2017, with the first show set to start at exactly 8pm.
