The move they say is to ensure uninterrupted supply of gas across the country.

According to the Association of Oil Marketing Companies, they reached this decision after an emergency meeting held with key stakeholders in the sector on Thursday, October 19, 2017.

The operators stopped the sale of LPG for 2 days. They said this was done to enable maintenance works at their outlets and also comply with safety regulations.
