A pathologist at the 37 Military Hospital will soon conduct an autopsy on the deceased, and submit the report to the Police.

The Attorney General’s department will also be furnished with the suspect’s statement, autopsy report, and docket for advice, upon which the trial will begin.

The suspect’s plea may be taken at the next hearing if the police are done with their investigations, and the autopsy report is ready as well as the Attorney General’s advice on the matter.

The suspect is likely to be charged with manslaughter or murder.
