First Lady Mrs Rebecca Akufo-Addo has asked Ghanaians to be patient with the president as he works assiduously to solve the challenges of the country.
According to her, the free Senior High school which is expected to begin this month is one of the ideal policies for the country, and hence the president, Nana Akufo-Addo should be given time to implement his plans for the country.
“The President wishes good for the country so we should be patient with him and support him to succeed,” the First Lady pleaded.

She disclosed this when she interacted with the Chiefs and Elders of Abamkrom and Kumikrom in the Upper West Akim District of the Eastern Region, on Wednesday, in Accra.
The delegation was led by Nana Abam V, Chief of Abamkrom, the Queenmother of Abamkrom, Nana Ama Amafoa and Mr Eugene Sackey, District Chief Executive of Upper West Akim District.

They had visited the First Lady to express their gratitude to her for the development projects she has undertaken for the District.
They were particularly, grateful to the First Lady for rehabilitating the Abam Health Centre, which was in a very dilapidated state and making access to healthcare difficult.
