The cheapest ticket to watch the Money Man fight again costs GHS 2,200

The prices of tickets for the historic bout have skyrocketed due to the involvement of resale sites.

Boxing great Floyd Mayweather in what is billed as the ‘Fight of the Century”.

Both men have been talking big ahead of the bout, and not much can be said with regards to promotion.

However, fans who want to watch both men in action at the T-Mobile Arena will have to dig deep into their pockets, as prices of tickets have skyrocketed due to third party sites.

Tickets for the massive bout went on sale on Monday, with prices on eBay initially going for £153.

But within minutes, third-party websites had also gotten involved with prices for a premium front row seat rising from £385 to a staggering £7706.

For ticket resale websites Stubhub and Viagogo the prices for tickets are even higher.

Stubhub has its cheapest ticket going for £1514, with the most expensive being sold for £15,318 – an amount that quickly rose to $150,000, according to the BBC.

Viagogo also has its ticket prices ranging from £2,080 to £13,615.

The T-Mobile Arena is expected to be filled with about 20,000 people as the historic fight takes place.

Both Mayweather and McGregor are expected to make an estimated (£78.4m) from the fight.
