This evening's clash of the titans between Conor McGregor and Floyd Mayweather has faced a lot of controversy over its merit, sporting integrity and point. But one thing is not up for debate: this fight is going to make everyone involved an enormous amount of money.

What is the estimated fight purse?

The figure depends on a number of different variables, including pay-per-view sales, pricing structure in the UK, ticket sales and more.

If PPV revenue stays in line with the Mayweather-Pacquiao bout, the fight purse is likely to be worth some $300million, with total revenues at $700million (£543.5million).

What will the split be?

A confidentiality agreement means the exact split will not be revealed. However, reports suggest the difference could be 70-30 or 75-25 in Mayweather's favour.

Citizens of Ghana will not worry about exorbitant housing unites should Ghana benefit from the price money of the Mayweather-McGregor bout.  A three room affordable housing unit costs, averagely, GHC 60, OOO. The prize money involved in the bout can provide over 2,979 houses for Ghanaians.

Build Okomfo Anokye Maternity

Officials at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital say at least four babies die every day at the hospital, mainly because of severe congestion at the maternity ward.

Ghana’s first lady has taken it upon herself to solicit for funds to help complete a Maternity block began in 1974. The hospital will need $70 million to complete the edifice.
