Prince Tagoe eyes return to active football

The former Hoffenheim striker says he is working on getting back to club football

The former Hearts of Oak striker has been without a club, since parting ways with Israeli side Hapoel Bnei Lod over two years ago.

Tagoe has since been blighted by issues of injury, making it difficult for him to find a new club.

However, the former Hoffenheim striker insists he still has a lot to offer, adding that he hopes to make a move very soon.

“It has been difficult, I know that but I am not giving up,” the 31-year-old is quoted as saying by FootballMadeInGhana.“But I am working on getting another club. I have tried getting clubs on a low key which has not materialized but I believe the right time will come.

Tagoe played for the Black Stars during the 2010 World Cup in Brazil. He is also a two-time top-scorer of the Ghana Premier League with Hearts of Oak.
