Cristiano Ronaldo beat Lionel Messi and Neymar to be crowned the best player in the world on Monday, while Zinedine Zidane boss was voted the No 1 coach of 2017 at a glitzy ceremony in London on Monday.
Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi didn’t vote for each other, but Ghana’s name conspicuously missing, meaning Asamoah Gyan, who is the skipper of the Black Stars and the coach of the team Kwesi Appiah didn’t cast their vote according to a sheet revealed by Dailymail.
However, it is yet to be known whether the Black Stars skipper, coach and the Ghana media rep didn’t cast their votes as shown or it was an oversight the name of the West African nation wasn’t included as part of the countries who voted.
