Ignore negativity and stay focused- Gyan advises Muntari

The Black Stars skipper has advised his compatriot to get over negative reportage and concentrate on whatever he is doing

News went viral on Tuesday that Sulley Ali Muntari’s car was impounded by the police for failing to pay rental fees in Italy.

Sulley Muntari, however, released a statement to debunk the report and even threatened to take legal action against the Spanish media house that broke the news.

Asamoah Gyan who has also gone through several difficult times from fake reportage has told his former Black Stars teammate to ignore negative stuffs about him and get focused.

The 32-year-old former Inter Milan and AC Milan midfielder was in the news last season after he walked off the field in protest against racial abuse by fans of Cagkiari, while playing for Pescara.

He has been clubless since his six months contract with the Italian side expired.
