Kotoko coach undergoes successful knee surgery

Steve Polack, the head coach of Kumasi Asante Kotoko has been operated upon by doctors at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital, following a fatal accient their team got involved.

The team bus of Kotoko was hit by road accident on the Nkawkaw road on their return from a league game against Inter Allies on Wednesday. The deal claimed the life of the deputy Equipment Officer of Kotoko, Kofi Asare and several other including Steve Pollack sustained injuries.

The British broke his neck and knee and was given neck support and operated on the knee respectively, etc.

Polack is still on admission at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hspital.

Meanwhile, Kotoko's league game against Asante Kotoko on this weekend has been postponed indefinitely.
