Wilfred Osei Palmer spoke to Citi FM on the programme Sports Panorama to make some interesting revelation and damning utterances.

He did speak on the fact that indemnity or unclassified payments were indicated as legal by the Dzamefe Commission and us such budgeting for them was legal.

“I was quite surprised that Ghanaians and the media sided with former Sports Minister Nii Lante Vanderpuye [about not budgeting for indemnities] when the government whitepaper on the Dzamefe Commission report clearly indicated that unclassified payments were legal in the concept of our budget.

Wilfred Kwaku Palmer went on to speak on the mode the payment was supposed to be made.

"When we say unclassified payments, it’s not necessarily giving money directly to the referee. It can be in kind, it can be in cash.”
