Noonan did first speak on the players’ loyalty to the club

“First and foremost, Love the shirt. This club is bigger than all of us. Love the shirt it’s about the shirt. It is not about the individual it’s not about the individual. This is a team sport and not about the individual.

Noonan also urged the team to act professional on and off the field

“Act like a professional on and off the field. You represent Hearts of Oak.

That is what champions do. Act like a champion before you become a champion.

Be professional!”

Noonan concluded by asking the players to beat Kotoko always.

The third thing is to beat Kotoko always” In every game never say die”

The American becomes the fifth person to fill that position after Fred Crenstil, Neil Armstrong-Mortagbe and Gerald Ankrah and Vincent Odotei Sowah.
