Final rites for the burial and funeral of the ace sports journalised has been announced.

Christopher Opoku passed away on May 10 after battling with cancer for years.

He will be laid in state on July 15 in Kumasi and be buried at Domiabra his hometown in the Asante Akyem district in the Ashanti region of Ghana.

The final funeral rites will he held at the KNUST Swimming Pool Park in the afternoon of 15th July.

Christopher Opoku began his journalism career at Luv FM in Kumasi, before working for Metro TV, Asempa FM, Joy FM, etc.
