Mubarak Wakaso was sent off after receiving a send yellow card when his side lost 2-1 against Ajax Amsterdam in their Europa League Group G opener.

The Black Stars midfielder had a hand in the only goal scored by his team, but a second bookable offence compelled the referee to send him off.

Wakaso received the first booking in the 62 minute and got into trouble again in the second minute of additional time.
