Beyoncé officially slipped passed 68 year old American country pop singer, Dolly Parton following the 2015 Grammy nominees’ list realeased on Friday.
According to Billboard, the Queen Bey has earned 52 nominations total, including five nominations through midday Friday for her self-titled “visual” album.
So far, the singer is up for Best R&B Performance, Best R&B Song, Best Urban Contemporary Album, Best Surround Sound Album and Best Music Film. Queen Bey ran into her 47th nod early Friday when her album titled “Beyoncé” was announced as a contender for Best Urban Contemporary Album.
She was previously tied with Dolly Parton at 46 nominations prior to this announcement. She also vaulted into seventh place on the all-time list.
Still young, she could go on to become the all-time most nominated artiste.
