David Beckham kicks off his hollywood career

Retired footballer,David Beckham,  has landed his first acting job in a movie about King Arthur dubbed "Knights Of The Round Table".

The underwear model  is playing the part of ''Blackleg leader''. Beckham,40, is said to express disbelief that young Arthur is able to pull off the famous feat. “There’s a little bit of a sense that Beckham’s character, who fancies himself a big player in this story, gets a little ticked off when this other fellow, this upstart, is the one who can free the sword".

David will be acting aside some of Hollywood's best including, Jude Law, Eric Bana and Charlie Hunham and supermodel, Poppy Delevingne is also rumoured to be taking part.
