Scott Disick was spotted with estranged girlfriend, Kourtney Kardashian on a lunch date, Wednesday, November 25.

The couple, who has been separated since February after the father-of three's alleged cheating scandal and alcohol/drug abuse, had lunch at the Marmalade Café in Calabasas, California without their three children.

Their reunion after nearly eight months begs for the question: are they back together?

Scott and Kourtney recently spent some one-on-one time at a party in Malibu and have been together for family events with their children -- but this is the first time they've been seen alone having some quality time.
