Ethiopia name 22-man squad for Ghana clash on Sunday

Ethiopia will be taking on Ghana on Sunday in the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers

Head coach of Ethiopia Ashenafi Bekele has released a 22-man squad for his sides 2019 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifier against Ghana.

The Black Stars will be hosting their Ethiopian counterparts in the 2019 AFCON and the coach of the East African nations has announced his squad for their opener against Ghana

They are expected to arrive in Ghana on Thursday to get themselves acclimatise before the game.

Defenders: Tesfaye Bekele (Adama Ketema), Salhadin Bergicho (St.George ), Mujib Kassim, (Adama Ketema), Ahmed Reshid (Ethiopia Coffee), Asechalew Tamene (St George), Addis Tesfaye (Defence), Abdulkerim Mohammed( Ethiopia Coffee), .Aneteneh Tesfaye (Sidama Bunna), Seyoum Tesfaye (Dedebit).

Midfielders: Shemeles Bekele (Petrojet, Egypt), Shemekit Gugesa (Dedebit), Biruk Kalbore (Adama Ketema), Gadissa Mebrate (Hawassa Ketema),.Mulualem Mesfin (Sidama Coffee), Gatoch Panom (Ethiopia Coffee).
