Supreme Court judge Justice Anin Yeboah has been elected as the chairman of the FIFA Disciplinary Committee

Justice Anin Yeboah has been elected by the Federation of International Football Association (FIFA) to chair its Disciplinary Committee.

He polled 98% of the votes at stake when FIFA held its first congress under new president Gianni Infantino in Bahrain on Wednesday.

Anin Yeboah, who is a Supreme Court judge in Ghana was in May 2016 elected onto the Ethics Committee of FIFA and had served on the various judicial bodies of the Ghana Football Association namely ithe Disciplinary Committee, Appeals Committee.

He has also worked with the Confederation of African Football.

Justice Anim Yeboah has also been tipped for the Chief Justice position of the Republic of Ghana which becomes vacant when Her Lordship Georgina Theordora Wood retires  before this year comes to an end.
