Berekum Chelsea beat champions Bechem United

Berekum Chelsea hammered Bechem United 4-0 in the round of 16 of the MTN FA Cup at the Berekum Golden City Park.

Bechem United last season became the first Brong Ahafo side to win the coveteous cup, but Berekum Chelsea ended their cup defence with a 4-0 thrashing.

Samuel Sarfo started the scoring, before Alfred Nii Quaye made it 2-0 and Sarfo completed the onslaught when he registered a brace to make the final score line 4-0 in favour of the 2011 Ghana league champions.

Berekum Chelsea are now through to the last eight of the 2017 FA Cup campaign
