Kwesi Appiah received a warm farewell party from Khartoum FC in Sudan as a way to express their gratefulness to the Ghanaian trainer.

The 56-year-old was handed a return to the Black Stars as coach after impressing in Sudan as coach of Khartoum FC.
He took over the club after his appointment was terminated in 2014 by the Ghana Football Association as coach of Ghana.
Kwesi Appiah managed to promote several player from the club’s youth team into the senior team and guided them to a 5 place finish last season and was subsequently voted the Sudanese Premier League coach of the year.

The former Black Stars and Asante Kotoko coach before leaving Sudan to visit his family in London was given a special threat by the fans, management and playing body as a send off party.
