Chelsea emerged as league champions ahead of the final day of the Premier League with two games to spare when they defeated West Bromwich Albion by a goal to nil through the Belgian Michy Batshuayi.
The title is Chelsea's 6th trophy in the English topflight league and their 5th in the English Premier League, making them the second most successful side since the inception of the new format in 1992-93 season, with Manchester United having won the most titles-13.
Chelsea have a large following in Ghana due to the Jose Mourinho and Ghana international Michael Essien's factor.
