Justice Blay gave the Porcupine Warriors an early goal against Eleven Wonders and that was the first goal of the season. Kotoko searched for more but could not find it as they held on to claim all three points.

Blay headed into the net a well-taken corner by Patrick Yeboah. The goal, scored in the second minute, was the first of the new season.
