George Afriyie lauds Kenichi Yatsuhashi's influence

Vice President of theGhana Football Association (GFA) George Afriyie has stressed that Kenichi Yatsuhashi played a major role in the increasing number of fans at the various stadia during the Japanese days in the Ghana Premier League.
Yatsuhashi in his debut season in the Ghana Premier League won a lot of hearts as the fans trooped to the stadium during Hearts of Oak’s home and away games.
The Japanese community in Ghana also joined the frail as they patronized Hearts of Oak home matches but the 46 year-old gaffer prior to the start of second round mutually terminated his contract with the Phobians.

"The league was attractive which lead to an increase in attendance,” Afriyie told Asempa FM
"Kenichi brought a touch to our league and drew the masses to our stadia."
"And the Japanese populace joined in the frail and their footballers even wanted to play in our league," he added.
Wa All Stars for the first time in the club’s history won the just ended Ghana Premier League with 51 points.
